"I had a nice phone conversation with Ryan concerning the coverage of an additional vehicle on our policy. He seems to be well versed about the additions to the main policy and explained them to my understanding. I was also helped with the process of submitting a claim for a currently insured vehicle. "I changed insurance companies today from a group that I've been with for years to State Farm. I was getting quotes from many places trying to save some money.
